In The Kitchen’s Soup Basics is a toolkit for Take A Bite of BC Program that includes the following resources:
- Video: Students can learn about creating three basic soups in this 20 minute video with Chef Randle.
- Lesson Plan: The lesson plan goes with the video.
- Recipes: Students can utilize their culinary skills to make tasty BC-grown recipes (developed by BCAITC’s Chef Randle) like BC Inspired Minestrone Soup, BC Tomato Soup, and Chicken Mulligatawny Soup.
In the Kitchen with Take A Bite of BC is made with the collaboration of BCAITC, BC Dairy, BC Egg and BC Greenhouse Growers Association.
