In The Kitchen’s Knife Skills is a toolkit for the Take A Bite of BC Program that includes the following resources:
- Video: Students can learn about different knife cuts and then use them on different BC veggies in this 30-minute video with Chef Randle.
- Lesson Plan: The lesson plan goes with the video.
- Recipes: Students can utilize their knife skills to make tasty BC-grown recipes (developed by BCAITC’s Chef Randle) like BC Greenhouse Sushi veggie Rolls.
In the Kitchen with Take A Bite of BC is made with the collaboration of BCAITC, BC Dairy, BC Egg and BC Greenhouse Growers Association.
