In The Kitchen’s Soup Basics is a hands-on toolkit as part of a series designed to enhance students' culinary skills. It includes a 20-minute instructional video with Chef Randle, a lesson plan to guide learning, and BC-grown recipes such as BC Inspired Minestrone Soup, BC Tomato Soup, & Chicken Mulligatawny Soup. The series also includes Knife Skills, Salad Dressings, Deboning /Cutting a Whole Chicken, & Free Form Tarts.
