This resources is created to nurture an understanding among secondary teachers and students about making a difference in what sort of food is being served and how it is prepared in a school cafeteria.  Also, to develop a greater understanding of how organic foods are grown and raised and to introduce students to the chain of events from malnutrition to nutritional foods in a safer environment. 1999
