In The Kitchen’s Salad Dressings is a toolkit for Take A Bite of BC Program that includes the following resources:
- Video: Students can learn about creating temporary and permanent emulsions to create dressings in this 12-minute video with Chef Randle.
- Lesson Plan: The lesson plan goes with the video.
- Recipes: Students can utilize their culinary skills to make tasty BC-grown recipes (developed by BCAITC’s Chef Randle) like BC Buttermilk Ranch Dressing, BC Greenhouse Roasted Tomato & Siracha Aioli, Italian Dressing, and Mayonaise.
In the Kitchen with Take A Bite of BC is made with the collaboration of BCAITC, BC Dairy, BC Egg and BC Greenhouse Growers Association.
