Cook-Along BC Event - February 15
Celebrate Canada’s Agriculture Day! Enjoy FREE cooking lessons with Chef Trevor Randle and learn about BC foods and agriculture with webinars held on Wednesday, February 15. Chef Randle will provide expert instruction with two online cooking demonstrations:
- 11:00am-11:45am: Chocolate Espresso Lava Cakes with Crème Anglaise
- 5:30pm-6:30pm: Turkey Falafel with Garlic Yogurt Sauce and Chopped Salad
BC egg farmer Kristen Poortvliet joined the morning session and BC turkey farmer Jillian Azanza joined the evening session to provide fun insights on BC farming. Plus, webinar participants were entered to a draw for a chance to win prize packages valued at $250+.
