Our own Chef Randle will be cooking up a storm of BC product at this year's Fusion Festival in Surrey. He will be showcasing the best ways to cook with local product, featuring recipes that are simple, but packed with fresh BC flavour! 

The Surrey Fusion Festival is a large 2-day community event that features free live music and family-friendly activities at Holland Park July 21-22.Celebrating music, food and culture, the free event attracts tens of thousands of people each year.
