Cook-Along BC Event - December 6
Celebrate BC foods and agriculture! Enjoy a FREE online cooking lesson with BCAITC Chef Trevor Randle and White Spot Executive Chef, CCC, James Kennedy from 5:30pm to 7:00pm on Tuesday, December 6.
Our chefs will provide expert instruction as they guide you through two BC-inspired recipes:
- BC Szechuan Beef with Stir-Fried Noodles
- Toasted Coconut Meringues with Lemongrass and Ginger Infused Crème Anglaise
Pamela Krause from Semlin Valley Ranch Ltd. and Bradner Farms Cattle Company Ltd. and Sarah Yoder from Golden Gate Farms will also be online to provide fun insights on BC farming. Plus webinar participants will be entered into a draw for a chance to win prize packages (including White Spot gift cards) valued at $450+.
