Doors open at 4:00 pm

Join us for a culinary journey through BC.  Prepared by Red Seal Chefs and Culinary arts students of Take a Bite of BC. The evening will feature amazing fresh local BC food dishes,  a silent auction, and prizes! The dishes will be prepared with BC products grown and raised by our local farmers.

4-5 pm BC VQA Wine selections, Local Beer from Barnside Brewing Company and Ravens Brewing Company and an array of Appetizers such as Leek and Bacon Mini Quiche, Twice Baked Potato Skins, Potstickers, Crispy Mushroom Filo Triangles

5 pm Welcome and instructions on the culinary journey

Dishes to delight you through the food journey will include Charcuterie Boards, Mushroom Risotto, Turkey Tacos, Oysters, Buddha Bowl Bar, Vegetable Stir-Fry, Pork Jamaican Style, Salmon Skewers, Crème Brulée, Vanilla Ice Cream with Berry Flambe.
